100h “A Journey Within”

This Course is part of our 300h Yoga Teacher Training.
It can also be taken as a stand-alone course for continuing education or personal development.
Course Description
Immerse yourself in this comprehensive 100-hour yoga training designed to deepen your practice and expand your teaching repertoire. This course is ideal for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who wish to specialize in Yin and Restorative Yoga while gaining expertise in Pre/Postnatal Yoga and Fluid Embodied Movement.
All participants receive a certificate confirming their participation. The certificates can be submitted to the internationally recognised organisation Yoga Alliance and the hours can be credited as continuing education (YACEP).
Course Breakdown
50 Hours Yin and Restorative Yoga
Delve into the calming and therapeutic practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
- Learn how to create deeply nourishing sequences that promote relaxation, stress relief, activation of self healing and emotional balance.
- You will explore the anatomical and energetic principles of Yin Yoga
- Understand the different between Yin and Restorative Yoga
- Learn techniques to safely support students in Restorative Yoga postures
- Learn how to hold space during these slower and deeply reflective sessions
- Learn how to create a Yin Yang yoga session
This module will equip you with the skills to guide your students into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation.
50 Hours Pre/Postnatal Yoga and Fluid Embodied Movement
Gain specialized knowledge in Pre/Postnatal Yoga, focusing on the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum students.
- Learn safe and effective modifications for yoga asana for each stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, ensuring that you can support your students with confidence and care.
- Fully understand the female reproductive system, the stages of pregnancy and how the body changes
- Learn holistic techniques and exercises outside of yoga that you can use to support clients before and after birth
Additionally, this module introduces Fluid Embodied Movement.
- A gentle, intuitive approach that encourages students to move with freedom, curiosity and mindfulness
- Enhance your connection to your body
- Increase the awareness of how the body moves and the subtle wisdom and whispers of the body
- Learn how to integrate this into all your yoga and movement teaching
Throughout this training, you’ll also engage in practical teaching exercises, receive personalized feedback, and participate in group discussions that foster a deeper understanding of these modalities. By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to offer specialized classes that support your students' well-being at every stage of life.
