I started doing Yoga in 2008 or 2009, looking for a balance to my then very stressful job. To this day, I always find back to myself on my Yoga mat and I also still find relaxation. The practice keeps my body and mind fit. Over the years, I have been able to dive deeper and deeper into Yoga and get to know and love all its facets. Today I enjoy the effects not only on my Yoga mat, but in my everyday life.
Do you have any tips for Yoga newbies?
Find relaxation without expectations. Feel into your body and concentrate on your breath. Let yourself be guided through the exercises and think about your ability to move and not about having to. Rejoice in every step forward.
